Job Description

Job Summary:


  • Ensuring timely and accurate data gathering, encoding and preparation of reports needed for inventory planning and control
  • Regular POS Terminal Inventory monitoring and forecasting of requirement for reordering
  • Timely and accurate inventory and issuing of POS terminals and their respective accessories/peripherals to Service Providers and other requestors
  • Ensuring compliance to established inventory monitoring and forecasting guidelines, procedures and standards


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Prepares POS terminal budget for the year and obtains proper approvals to support the ordering for the year
  • Prepares interim forecast and ordering of POS terminals and peripherals based on Merchant Acquiring projections and obtains proper approval and make arrangement for ordering and delivery
  • Ensures replenishments of POS-related items to Service Providers based on identified requirements
  • Accounts for all POS terminals and peripherals delivered by respective suppliers and secures them in designated storage areas within BDO premises
  • Validates required documents and obtains proper approvals for issuing POS-related items to Service Providers in order to support the processing of installation and service requests
  • Monitors and updates POS terminal inventory statistics on regular


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree of any four-year course in Business or Finance
  • At least 3 years related experience in MIS Analytics
  • Background procurement and inventory management
  • Willing to be assigned and work onsite in Ortigas
