COMPANY PROFILE: A multinational shared services organization that delivers financial and accounting support, specializing in intercompany transactions, account reconciliation, and reporting processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino applicants and foreign nationals holding a valid permanent visa.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a multinational company or shared services setting.
Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP or other legacy systems, along with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Willingness to work on a rotating or shifting schedule.
Available to start at the earliest possible date.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee intercompany accounting activities, including month-end closing, accrual entries, and account reconciliations through ERP and intercompany reconciliation (ICR) systems.
Handle cash application and intercompany invoicing, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within established deadlines.
Reconcile financial accounts, investigate variances, and address discrepancies to maintain accurate accounting records.
Coordinate with stakeholders in Portuguese and English, providing translation assistance for relevant documents when necessary.
Ensure accounting records and supporting documents are properly maintained to meet audit, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
