The Portfolio Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing institutional client relationships by providing investment solutions, ensuring account servicing, and driving business development. The role focuses on account management, prospecting new clients, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate documentation to support revenue and asset growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage institutional accounts to deepen relationships, expand product usage, and increase assets under management (AUM).
- Provide timely responses, portfolio reporting, and updates on investment strategies and market conditions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of client services and resolve issues.
- Prospect and acquire new institutional clients through referrals, affiliates, and targeted outreach.
- Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and documentation for client meetings and approvals.
- Maintain complete account records, client databases, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of investments, financial instruments, and the financial markets.
