Portfolio Program Lead (Credit Card)

About the Role

As a Portfolio Programs Head, you will be responsible for identifying levers and creating strategies that leverage the in-house installment arm of the credit card business to drive credit card billings and activation, aligned with key business metrics.

How you'll contribute

• Able to ensure timely launch of programs and campaigns.
• Effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for campaigns.
• Lead and oversee a group of portfolio actions officers and staff to ensure delivery of programs aligned with the business.
• Identify levers that can help with amplifying usage for cardholders through in-house installment offers
• Ensure compliance with regulations, internal and external policies, and others by fully understanding and following all pertinent published and ci

What we're looking for

• With 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
• With experience in project management, product development, sales and marketing.
• Must be knowledgeable on credit card products and services and related financial and non-financial processes and circulated regulations.
• Has good quantitative and analytical skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external partner.
• Has strong leadership and people management skills
