Portfolio Officer
Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about bringing innovative products to market We are looking for a Portfolio Officer to support the management and growth of our business portfolio by providing market insights, coordinating with key stakeholders, and assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of growth strategies that align with financial targets, can assist in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to market launch, and collaborates well with cross-functional teams
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support innovation and business development
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends, and prepare recommendations
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of portfolio initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management, Portfolio Management, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Detail-oriented with strong reporting and data management capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
