Portfolio Manager

We are currently working with an Investment Management firm, and they are looking for a driven and analytical individual with strong fundamental analysis skills and a passion for equity investing to join their investment team as a Portfolio Manager/Sub-PM.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis on listed companies
• Build and maintain financial models and investment theses
• Construct and manage diversified portfolios across sectors and geographies
• Monitor performance and risk metrics, and make investment decisions
• Identify new opportunities through market screening and industry engagement
• Ensure compliance with investment guidelines and support reporting processes

Requirements:

• At least 3-8 years of experience as an equity analyst (buy-side or sell-side), or exceptional recent graduate with strong academic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with Asian or global equity markets
• Proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg; progress toward CFA certification is a plus
• Japanese language proficiency or understanding is an advantage
