Location: Makati, Philippines (Hybrid at least 2x onsite per week)

Max Salary: PHP 130,000

We are seeking an experienced Payments Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage complex payment portfolios with a focus on financial clarity, audits, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Excel, Pivot Tables, ETL processes, dashboards, and presentation tools, with strong experience in portfolio management within payments, costs, and enterprise release schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain payments portfolio, including revenue, cost vs. actuals, and enterprise release schedules
• Perform audits, ad-hoc reporting, and generate insights through dashboards and Tableau
• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, and Scrum Masters to ensure smooth portfolio management
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders using PPT and other visualization tools

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in MS Excel, Pivot Tables, ETL, Tableau, dashboards, and reporting
• Experience in payments portfolio management, cost tracking, and audit processes
• Familiarity with PM, BA, or Scrum Master roles and portfolio management best practices
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with at least 2 days onsite per week
