Job Description

Leads the success of content, device, and other value-add products and services within the broadband portfolio. Responsible for developing the short-term & long-term strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, as well as launching national broadband promotions and campaigns for loyalty and rewards to foster brand love and customer engagement. This role drives overall portfolio growth and execution efficiency by leveraging advanced generative AI tools, automated reporting systems, and conversational AI bots.

Duties And Responsibilities

Ecosystem (Content & Device Portfolio)

  • Leads the success of the Broadband Content & Device portfolio and develops the overall short-term & long-term strategy/roadmap based on customer needs and demands.
  • Tech-to-Value Translation: Translates complex broadband technologies—including Fiber/FTTH (GPON, XGS-PON), 5G NR (sub-6GHz, mmWave), FWA, and cutting-edge Wi-Fi standards (Wi-Fi 6E, 7, 8)—into compelling consumer value propositions, premium subscription tiers, and high-impact promos.
  • Software Ecosystem Positioning: Leverages a commercial understanding of broadband software frameworks (prplOS, RDK-B, Broadband Forum open standards) and cloud-based Wi-Fi management platforms to design value-added services, smart home bundles, and premium hardware upgrade incentives.
  • Smart Home & Future Tech Strategy: Capitalizes on smart home IoT protocols (Matter, Thread) to create ecosystem bundling opportunities that drive hardware adoption and improve high-value product perception.
  • Defines the portfolio, pricing principles, and customer journey for the ecosystem portfolio, covering product positioning, inventory management, and end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Manages E2E projects from launch through to post-mortem review, ensuring all initiatives sync with business, margin, and revenue goals.
  • Ideates on new portfolio strategies, develops comprehensive business cases, and ensures long-term profitability through alignment with Finance and MSH partners.
  • Leads partnership discussions and commercial negotiations with content and device providers, including pitching new business frameworks to usage teams and managing end-to-end stakeholder relations.
  • Ensures a healthy and competitive device range; closely monitors hardware subsidy levels and structures in collaboration with the subsidy management team.

Rewards & AI Operations

  • Creates rewarding, personalized customer experiences that add meaningful value and foster brand retention.
  • Maximizes loyalty programs to drive new customer acquisition and protect the active subscriber base.
  • Leads the annual, total broadband September (917) flagship programs from ideation to national rollout.
  • Level 1 (Productivity) AI Application: Utilizes advanced generative AI tools (such as Claude, Gemini, Fiesta AI, and Perplexity) to rapidly prototype campaign briefs, generate creative promo copy, and accelerate day-to-day workflow output.
  • Level 2 (Automation) AI Orchestration: Deploys data-driven predictive AI, telemetry analytics, and Edge AI application delivery frameworks to build automated market reporting pipelines, monitor competitor loyalty offerings, and manage consumer-facing social bots/conversational AI for real-time campaign engagement.

  • Perform the strategic development, commercial positioning, and management of device inventory.
  • Drive operational efficiency improvements and market issue response related to the usage/issuance of devices and content by integrating AI automation setups (reporting pipelines and automated social bots).
  • Maximize the rewards ecosystem to drive business growth for both customer acquisition and long-term retention.

Hiring Requirements


Work Experience / Level of Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or an equivalent commercial-technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Product Management (Telecom/Broadband industry experience is a major plus).
  • Strong consumer and creative marketing background with a proven track record in strategic promotions, partner management, and major brand event execution.
  • Deep understanding of brand P&L metrics, subscriber economics (ARPU, Churn, SAC, LTV), campaign optimization, and complex GTM models.
  • Experience navigating matrix organizations and leading cross-functional teams.

Technical, Tool, & AI Literacy

  • Commercial Tech Literacy: Conceptual familiarity with broadband infrastructure, router operating frameworks, and IoT smart home systems to successfully position premium hardware to the mass market.
  • Dual-Tier AI Fluency: * Operational: Direct experience using tools like Claude, Gemini, Fiesta AI, or Perplexity to optimize daily marketing outputs.
    • Systems: Experience deploying or managing AI automation frameworks, such as automated reporting schedules, predictive analytics insights, or customer-facing social bot workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, modern project management tools, and AI-driven prompt engineering/productivity frameworks.
