JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for assisting the team in providing support to Portfolio Relationship Manager/s (PRM) by handling accounts day-to-day administrative requirements for a more efficient and timely delivery of service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist PRMs in handling daily administrative tasks related to institutional account transactions.
- Receive check contributions from clients and submit them for processing.
- Monitor and follow up with BS&O and the Investment Support Unit on current and pending transactions or instructions.
- Ensure PRMs instructions and client transactions are properly routed to the appropriate units for execution and implementation.
- Coordinate the delivery and pick-up of client documents.
- Monitor the timely issuance of portfolio reports to clients.
- Coordinate with other units or staff on administrative, clerical, and referral matters.
- Liaise with other departments or units to address client complaints and inquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to clients requests for information and other account-related services.

- Must be detail-oriented, efficient and possess a high level of integrity. Has the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Keen on details, effective communication skills, proficient in both oral and written communication, computer literate, team-based and result-based orientation, people management, organizational, and analytical process-based skills
- Adept in the needed MS Office systems, good interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills, service oriented
- Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Economics, Finance, or Business.
