STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3)

Position: Portfolio Analyst

Work Set-Up: Hybrid, 2x RTO per week

Office Location: Ayala, Makati City

The Portfolio Analyst supports IT portfolio governance, planning, and performance management across technology operations and foundational services. This role helps ensure portfolio activities align with strategic objectives, supports prioritization of initiatives, and delivers transparency through standardized reporting, analytics, and insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Support portfolio performance tracking, governance processes, and quality standards

-Assist with prioritization of initiatives based on strategic alignment and resource capacity

-Coordinate portfolio reviews and regular syncs, providing analytical input and recommendations

-Serve as a data‑driven advisor to inform portfolio and delivery decisions

-Analyze portfolio, delivery, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps

-Build, maintain, and validate datasets used for portfolio reporting and analytics

-Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive‑level reports to communicate portfolio health

-Track interdependencies and proactively surface risks using data and performance indicators

-Partner with initiative and epic owners to ensure work is well defined, measurable, and progressing as planned

-Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non‑technical stakeholders

-Collaborate with portfolio managers, product leaders, and analytics teams to improve transparency and reporting standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field

-3+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, project governance, or analytics‑focused roles

-Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into meaningful business insights

Preferred

-Experience with data modeling and performance measurement frameworks

-Working knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel, or similar analysis tools

-Familiarity with financial or capacity data in IT portfolios

-Experience supporting executive‑level reporting
