Pollution Control Officer

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Caloocan City for a Pollution Control Officer. The Pollution Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental laws and regulations, overseeing the development and implementation of environmental policies within the organization, and addressing environmental issues. The role also includes conducting environmental impact assessments, monitoring environmental practices, and collaborating with various teams to improve sustainability efforts.

• Knowledge of Environmental Compliance and adherence to local and national environmental regulations
• Understanding of Environmental Policy and the ability to develop and implement sustainable practices
• Familiarity with general Environmental Issues and their impact on business operations
• Competency in Environmental Law and its applications within corporate environments
• Experience conducting Environmental Impact Assessments and identifying potential areas for improvement
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Certification as a Pollution Control Officer or equivalent is an advantage
