Job Description

Responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations while overseeing daily facilities operations and maintenance. The role supports workplace safety, environmental compliance, and efficient facility management. The Pollution Control Officer (PCO) / EHS Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with local environmental regulations in the Philippines and aligning with 3M Global EHS standards.

This role supports both 3M Philippines HQ and CTC operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with DENR and company EHS regulations.
  • Prepare and submit environmental and safety reports and permits.
  • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Monitor hazardous waste disposal, chemical handling, and PPE compliance.
  • Coordinate emergency drills, safety trainings, and awareness programs.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain records related to EHS and facilities operations.
