Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pollution Control Officer based in Tanauan. The Pollution Control Officer will ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring and managing environmental policies and practices. Responsibilities include conducting environmental impact assessments, ensuring adherence to environmental laws and regulations, addressing environmental issues, and preparing reports for regulatory agencies. The role also involves implementing initiatives to reduce environmental impact and engaging with teams to promote environmental sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Environmental Compliance and Environmental Policy
- Knowledge of Environmental Law and Environmental Impact Assessment
- Familiarity with Environmental Issues and a proactive approach to solving them
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience managing compliance with environmental regulations at corporate or industrial levels
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in pollution control or environmental management are a plus
