Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System in alignment with organizational objectives and applicable standards.
- Develop, review, and maintain quality policies, procedures, standards, and documented processes.
- Ensure organizational compliance with ISO requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal governance standards.
- Manage the internal audit program, including audit planning, execution, reporting, and corrective action monitoring.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities for quality issues, audit findings, and nonconformities.
- Establish and monitor quality objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality performance dashboards.
- Facilitate Management Review meetings and provide periodic reports on QMS performance and improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using recognized methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Oversee document control processes to ensure effective management of policies, procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
- Promote risk-based thinking and support enterprise risk management activities related to quality and operational processes.
- Support customer satisfaction programs by analyzing feedback, complaints, and service performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure employee awareness, training, and competency development related to quality management requirements.
- Collaborate with business units, project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and process requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external certification audits, regulatory assessments, and quality compliance matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Candidate must have ISO certification.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management principles.
- Certified Lead Auditor and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in governance, compliance, process improvement, and audit management.
