The Policy Governance Supervisor (Policy and Process Management) is responsible for leading the development, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company's policies, manuals, regulations, and operational procedures.
This role ensures that key processes are clearly defined, consistently applied, and aligned with the organization's governance framework.
By working closely with various departments, the Supervisor drives standardization and enhances operational efficiency through well-structured and up-to-date documentation.
Your key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and documentation of company processes, including policies, manuals, regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and maintain the company's centralized repository of policies and process documents, ensuring proper organization, accessibility, and version control.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Ensure consistency and proper alignment across policies, manuals, and related governance or regulatory documents.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and document operational processes.
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements to streamline workflows and strengthen controls.
- Support company-wide initiatives on governance, process standardization, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and promote documentation standards and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Legal Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in policy development, process documentation, or business process management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to structure complex processes clearly.
- Proven experience in drafting policies, SOPs, or operational manuals is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willing to work ONSITE in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
