Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and technical standards are met. Leads project teams and coordinates with clients, partners, and internal teams for digital display solutions.
- Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Oversee pre-, during-, and post-installation of LED displays, LFDs, and interactive systems
- Support pre-sales activities (site inspections, feasibility studies, technical assessments)
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, site partners, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions
- Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation
- Lead team performance, training, and development
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of ECE or related technical course
- At least 3 years of experience in project supervision or digital display solutions; 2 years of people management experience
- Experience in LED/LFD systems and installation is an advantage
- Strong project management (planning, scheduling, execution, reporting)
- Knowledge of digital display systems, IT products, and installations
- Experience in site assessments, technical documentation, and coordination
