Podcast Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, Remote CST Hours)

- Compensation: $1,000$1,500/month

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing business podcast in scaling from Top 50 to Top 10. This is a behind-the-scenes role that's critical to keeping the podcast production engine running smoothlyfrom organizing guest research and publishing content to coordinating assets and driving audience engagement.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update podcast workflows and asset libraries in Notion
- Assign and track tasks to ensure timelines are met
- Conduct guest research using AI tools and manual methods to:
- Create compelling briefs with facts, angles, and social proof
- Identify viral clips from guest appearances on other shows
- Write and upload episode descriptions, titles, and show notes
- Coordinate with editors to ensure assets (clips, thumbnails, full episodes) are delivered on time
- Ensure team communication around feedback and revisions is smooth and effective
- Upload full episodes to YouTube and Megaphone
- Distribute short-form content to platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Spotify
- Monitor comments and DMs to support audience engagement
- Continuously refine internal workflows to improve team efficiency
What You Bring
- Experience managing content calendars and uploads across platforms (YouTube, Spotify, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Notion, Megaphone, Google Drive, and design tools like Photoshop or Canva
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- An eye for strong titles, viral hooks, and engaging thumbnail design
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and content generation
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
