Responsibilities
- Ensures accurate monitoring from receiving, segregation and processing of PODs received
- Ensures accurate recording of PODs in POD System
- Responds timely to internal partners/business units, clients and third-party service providers queries and complaints.
- Ensures on time submission of POD to internal and external client
- Records and prepares IR and/or efficiency reports for wrong encoding if required
- Participates in the User's Acceptance test (UAT) for system enhancements made
- Conducts orientation/training to newly hired employees and/or subcontracted personnel in understanding and learning all avenues of the services being rendered to the clients specifically documentation
- Conducts monthly documentation meetings
Requirements
- Candidate at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
