Job Description
Responsible for the implementation, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) across the fleet. Ensures maintenance compliance, system accuracy, equipment reliability, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
With 3–5 years of relevant marine or naval industry experience.
At least 1–2 years of sea service as a 2nd Engineer or 3rd Engineer.
Must be a Licensed 2nd Engineer or Licensed 3rd Engineer.
Strong knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS), vessel maintenance, and marine engineering practices.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
