Overview
The PMO – Technical Specialist is responsible for supporting NETCON operations across project management, transmission, wireless, core network, and data center functions. The role ensures efficient project execution, vendor and regulatory compliance, network optimization, and proper coordination with internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage NETCON project activities, milestone tracking, reporting, documentation, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, lessors, government agencies, and internal departments to resolve project and operational concerns.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, validation activities, and support issue resolution related to site acquisition, construction, and network operations.
- Support transmission network implementation, troubleshooting, optimization, and vendor management for fiber, microwave, satellite, IPRAN, and OTN systems.
- Handle wireless network monitoring and optimization activities, including worst cell management, event support, and emergency response coordination.
- Support private and public cloud projects, including cloud planning, technical support, and infrastructure scalability initiatives.
- Review data center construction plans, oversee safety compliance, and assist in risk management and emergency preparedness activities.
- Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards, EHS policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network reliability, operational efficiency, and project delivery.
- Provide technical support, coordination, and continuous improvement recommendations related to network and infrastructure operations.
