Earn Up to PHP90,000 as a PMO Team Lead Supporting Global Consulting Programs

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila Time), Weekends Off

Work Setup: Hybrid - Alabang or Makati

Salary: Up to PHP90,000

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO operations and project delivery, supporting real client engagements
  • Proven leadership experience managing PMO teams within a consultancy or professional services firm
  • Demonstrated expertise in PMO service delivery including project governance, reporting frameworks, resource planning, and operational support
  • Experience overseeing medium to large PMO teams in structured delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience supporting HR coordination, hiring logistics, and operational team management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational capability with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

What You'll Do Every Day

  • Manage the two offices in Makati and Alabang, supporting a team of approximately 20 project management professionals and head office staff.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a positive work environment and fostering teamwork.
  • Support the PMO practice lead in managing the team, client engagements, and PMO practice activities.
  • Assist HR managers in overseeing team performance across HR functions.
  • Motivate team members and conduct performance assessments to identify training or skill development needs.
  • Mentor and coach graduates, project management officers (PMOs), and project managers (PMs); participate in team member performance reviews.
  • Conduct quality reviews, including deliverable assessments and activity analyses.
  • Build a strong team culture by organizing team functions such as quarterly outings and other team-building activities.
  • Assist management with hiring processes, onboarding, and new team member training.
  • Act as a liaison with EMAPTA, manage the Team Call Tree, and escalate performance or compliance concerns.
  • Manage assets and coordinate office logistics, including attending joint meetings like All Hands.
  • Prepare quarterly budgets, track actuals against forecasts, and communicate with accounts teams.
  • Uphold the company brand by ensuring materials and physical workspaces meet and exceed presentation standards.
