Job Description
About The Role
As a PMO Junior Analyst , you will help keep PayMongo's cross-functional projects and in-store operations organized, on track, and continuously improving. Your role combines two areas: structured project management and end-to-end operational execution . You will maintain workplans, track milestones and dependencies, coordinate logistics and last-mile partners, support offline activations, and help teams stay aligned on deliverables. Just as importantly, you will look beyond individual tasks to understand how work flows across teams—spotting recurring friction, documenting processes clearly, and identifying better ways of working.
This is an early-career role suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally thinks in systems. You do not need years of experience; what matters is your ability to understand how different pieces of work connect, recognize where processes break down, and turn messy or informal ways of working into clear, repeatable processes.

You Will:
You will support the day-to-day logistics required to keep PayMongo's in-store and offline operations running smoothly.
You Will:
You will help coordinate the operational details behind PayMongo's offline events, field activations, and onsite executions.
You Will:
You will help ensure teams have accurate information to understand operational performance and make informed decisions.

- Support onsite scheduling and cross-functional logistics coordination.
- Keep stakeholders informed of operational requirements, timelines, and outstanding items.
You will help ensure teams have accurate information to understand operational performance and make informed decisions.
You Will:

- Support geographic and market serviceability analysis for logistics coverage and expansion decisions.
- Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and partners while maintaining clear action logs and ownership.
- Help transfer process knowledge to interns or project contributors so both the tasks and the reasoning behind established processes are understood.
You will use a combination of project management, spreadsheet, documentation, and process-mapping tools to keep projects and operations organized.
These May Include:
- Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets – to build and maintain structured trackers, workbooks, aging logs, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Google Docs, Slides, and Drive – for documentation, reporting, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Project and task-management tools such as GitHub or similar platforms – to track actions, owners, deadlines, and dependencies.
