Job Description & Summary

We are looking for Senior Associates with 2-7 years of PMO experience to support client-facing delivery of projects across South East Asia.

About the Role

  • Provide support to the project/program manager in the areas of Project Governance, Planning, Execution and Control.
  • Develop and implement standard project templates and documentation (e.g. project charter, progress reports and dashboard, risk register, project budget and resource reports/trackers)
  • Effective tracking and communication of project status and metrics
  • Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data
  • Develop reports on project health, status, risk & issues, and resources
  • Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Coordinate and monitor the deliverables of third party vendors or subcontractors
  • Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks (e.g. scheduling, meeting preparation & facilitation, and minuting)
  • Execute Program/Project evaluation and closing in the areas of: Benefits realization Financial management (financial reports and budget outlines) Quality management
  • Excellent understanding of project management best practices, quality standards and practical application of these principles
  • Excellent understanding of financial fundamentals and commercial drivers behind project business cases.
  • Excellent understanding and experience across the end-to-end project and solution delivery life cycles covering both the traditional waterfall and Agile delivery approaches.
  • Good to have Familiarity with project portfolio management (PPM) tool.
