A key Project role which requires the candidate to have experience in running the day-to-day operations of a PMO and can execute on the PMO strategy that we have stood up
Program reporting & cadence
- Support program delivery manager in running program governance
- Maintains overall status of workstreams and maintains analytics and reports
- Prepares key meetings and discussions proactively
- Risk and Issue management, timely escalations of Risks & Issues
- Cross workstream coordination to provide meaningful insights and inputs to Delivery manager
- Track change control process end to end
- Overall adherence to defined initiative change control process, and risk tolerance / cost thresholds
Preferred knowledge on tool- sPortfolio reporting tools, Office 365 (Microsoft Teams/ SharePoint Online), Microsoft Project, MS Exce
