As a Plumbing BIM Modeler, your strategic purpose is to lead precise MEPF BIM coordination with a strong focus on plumbing systems across both residential and commercial projects, ensuring models are fully coordinated, clash-free, and construction-ready before they reach the site. Your expertise in Revit and Navisworks directly reduces costly rework, strengthens interdisciplinary collaboration, and safeguards project timelines by resolving coordination issues early in the design phase. The Qualifications We Seek
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Plumbing/MEPF BIM modeling and coordination
- Strong, proven experience in Plumbing BIM coordination for both residential and commercial projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (MEP) and Navisworks - required
- Demonstrated experience performing clash detection, model coordination, and resolving coordination issues within MEPF environments
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems design, layout, and detailing standards
- Experience working on US-based Plumbing/MEP projects is highly preferred
- Ability to independently manage modeling and coordination deliverables
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Your Daily Tasks
- Deliver assigned project outputs promptly and accurately, following direction from the Project Manager or Project Administrator.
- Handle residential and commercial drafting tasks with a strong emphasis on Plumbing and Mechanical requirements.
- Develop Concept Plans, Detailed Plans, Elevations, 3D models, Construction Drawings, Electrical Plans, Shop Drawings, Renderings, and Coordination Plans.
- Maintain high precision and consistency in 2D and 3D modeling of MEP components.
- Uphold technical quality across all drafting submissions.
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to ensure aligned and coordinated outputs.
- Apply solid understanding of MEP systems, particularly Plumbing, when producing residential design and drafting work.
