Job Description

Salary: Starts at Php 16,000

Main Responsibilities

  • Inspects plumbing systems to identify issues and troubleshoot problems
  • Locates and repairs leaks in pipes and fixtures
  • Clears clogged drains and sewer lines
  • Installs and replaces sinks, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures

Specific Duties

  • In charge of all plumbing works in all property sites
  • Regularly inspects water lines and drainage systems
  • Maintains water closets and lavatories in proper working condition
  • Repairs leaks in pipes and fixtures
  • Clears clogged drains and sewer lines
  • Installs and replaces plumbing fixtures
  • Performs additional tasks such as carpentry or tinsmith works

General Specification

  • Education:
  • Specialized Skills: Plumbing, with additional skills in carpentry or tinsmith works
  • Experience: 1 year or more

Competency Specification

  • Knowledge: Plumbing works
