Full Job Description
The Engagement Lead is responsible for designing and executing strategies that enhance player satisfaction, retention, and activity. This role oversees player engagement initiatives, manages the engagement team, and works closely with marketing, customer support, and VIP departments to create a seamless and exciting player journey across all touchpoints.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of engagement campaigns, promotions, and community events across multiple channels.
- Manage a team of engagement specialists to ensure delivery of high-quality player interaction and service.
- Analyze customer behavior and product data to identify engagement opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, VIP, support) to deliver personalized and localized player experiences.
- Monitor community sentiment and feedback, escalating critical insights to relevant teams.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to tailor communications and offers effectively.
- Support the development of product messaging, customer rewards, push notifications, and onboarding flows.
- Prepare regular reports on engagement KPIs such as player activity, retention, and campaign performance.
- Stay up to date on product trends, competitor activity, and emerging engagement tools.
- Ensure alignment of all customer-facing initiatives with the brands tone, values, and customer-first approach.
