Role Description

We're looking for a Channel Leader Platinum Accounts Manager to drive growth in our FMCG non-food business through strong partnerships with platinum-tier modern retail chains. This is a high-impact role that blends commercial strategy, category growth, and leadership.

What You'll Do

Lead relationships with platinum retailers (hypermarkets, supermarkets, e-commerce).

Negotiate JBPs, trade terms, and promotional plans.

Drive category growth with listings, visibility, and shopper programs.

Ensure forecasting accuracy, supply chain coordination, and trade ROI.

Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives/Managers.

Qualifications

  • 812 years in FMCG sales, with strong modern trade / platinum account leadership exposure
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L management
  • Proven success in negotiations, category management, and execution excellence
  • Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with forecasting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
