Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate product feature and user interactions form an end-user perspective, including user journeys, operational flows, and interaction logic.

• Organize, compile, and analyze operational data and reports
• Report, track, and follow up on production issues and bugs
• Provide Supper and assistance for cross-functional tasks and ad hoc requests.
• Assist with requests and requirements from Operations, Customer Service, and other related teams.
• Handle permission-related tasks and account management activities
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in iGaming/online gaming industry is preferred.
• Frequently interacts with websites and backend systems, with strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Patient, detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to work under pressure. Possesses a clear mind, quick thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Physically fit and able to maintain long term work stability
• Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft office operations (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
