Job Responsibilities
Evaluate product features and user interactions from an end-user perspective, including user journeys,
operational flows, and interaction logic.
- Organize, compile, and analyze operational data and reports.
- Report, track, and follow up on production issues and bugs.
- Provide support and assistance for cross-functional tasks and ad hoc requests.
- Assist with requests and requirements from Operations, Customer Service, and other related teams.
- Handle permission-related tasks and account management activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in the iGaming/online gaming industry is preferred.
- Frequently interacts with websites and backend systems, with strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Patient, detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to work under pressure. Possesses a clear mind, quick thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physically fit and able to maintain long-term work stability.
- Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
