Platform Manager (Payment Domain)

• Oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of payment-related platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Leads vendor sourcing, due diligence, cost analysis, and contract negotiations to secure compliant and cost-effective payment platform solutions.
• Translates business and operational requirements into functional and technical specifications, and manages the delivery of payment platform projects.
• Maintains and optimizes the payment platform roadmap, driving enhancements, capability development, and process improvements based on business needs and market trends.
• Manages vendor relationships, resolves incidents and performance issues, and ensures timely renewal of licenses and effective platform operations.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Financial Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing payment platforms or working in a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of payment industry standards and regulations such as PSD2, PCI-DSS, and security protocols.
• Experience in vendor management, cost modeling, financial analysis, and evaluating total cost of ownership (TCO) for payment systems.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills in complex, high-stakes payment platform environments
