Job Description
· 5+ years of professional experience in platform engineering, systems administration, or related roles within enterprise environments
· Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and customization
· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, IT operations, and IT service delivery modules
· Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Groovy for platform automation and integration
· Solid understanding of database management, API development, and system integration principles
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualisation technologies
· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and develop pragmatic solutions
· Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams
· Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or equivalent qualifications
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code principles is advantageous
· Knowledge of security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM) and data protection
