Job Description Maintain 99.99% uptime of datacenter and all critical equipment. Assist in the installation, configuration, and regular maintenance of server hardware and software. Provide basic support to end-users, helping them with server-related issues and responding to their requests. Assist in implementing and maintaining security protocols and access controls to protect server and data.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any IT related courses
Minimum of 2 years working experience as technical support
Familiar with Windows and Linux server environments. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
