Job Description

Supervises the receiving, storage, and issuance of steel materials and welding consumables to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Oversees the loading and delivery of finished goods (FG), ensuring correct quantity, quality, and condition upon dispatch
Maintains accurate inventory records and ensures timely updates in the ERP system
Conducts regular stock counts and investigates any discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity
Enforces proper material handling practices, including First In, First Out (FIFO), tagging, safety protocols, and workplace housekeeping
Coordinates closely with Production, Planning, and QA/QC teams to support operational requirements
Leads, guides, and develops warehouse personnel to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies
Practices 5S standards in the workplace to promote safety, efficiency, and organization
Upholds and protects the companys image, values, and reputation at all times
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Qualifications

Technical Vocational course graduate or college-level
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of steel materials and welding consumables
Experienced in using ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, computer literate, results-driven, and capable of working with
Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities; results-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively, with high safety awareness
Amenable to work on-site in 2nd Ave., Bagumbayan, Bicutan, Taguig City
Available to start immediately
