Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate, or Professional Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a production manager or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision engineering.
- Strong experience in managing production teams and implementing production strategies to drive results and secure commitment from team members.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Value Stream Mapping is highly advantageous.
- Experience in Die Casting (High Volume Casting Process).
- Ability to analyze and optimize production processes for greater efficiency and reduced costs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, energetic, and dynamic attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
