Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience gained from manufacturing or other industrial plants
Technical Skills: Plant Operation, Pump Operation, Plant Inspection, Basic Troubleshooting, Minor Maintenance (e.g., roller replacement, declogging)
Behavioral Skills: Attention to details, Organizational skills, and Interpersonal skills
