I. Job Summary
Responsible for conducting technical reviews and analyses to develop, deliver, and maintain information models that transform raw data into meaningful performance indicators. These models support Plant Management and the VP–Integrated Operations in evaluating operational and cost performance, enabling informed decision‑making and effective problem‑solving to achieve both operational and financial objectives for cement operations.
II. Key Responsibilities
PLANT OPERATIONS
- Generate daily production and downtime reports and upload reports; Implement materials and equipment registration and configuration, inventory adjustments into the Manufacturing System of Business Central to ensure accuracy of official source of information for plant operations.
TOOL MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING
- Maintain, implement, and update related databases in the Plant Data Management system information tool and Manufacturing System of Business Central
- Train and assist end-users
- Prepare required view formats in order to ensure accuracy of information in the system and provide necessary data to end-users
BILLING PAYMENTS
- Prepare, receive and collate Purchased Power billings; handle direct payments, direct orders and purchase requests in order to ensure accuracy of system and document approval for timely processing of payments.
FORECASTING
- Responsible for preparing estimates and ensuring that estimates and revisions are complete and accurate by preparing monthly cost forecast for variable and fixed cost for EBITDA computation
- Simulate monthly production per major equipment, power usage, variable parameters and monthly working consumption in order to provide Plant and Top Management information for operational controls and Procurement for ordering and replenishing of raw materials.
COST CONTROL, MONITORING AND ANALYSIS
- Monitor, analyze and control expenses related to fixed cost and ensure monthly cost expenses within forecasted cost, within approved annual budget, and in proper account in order to ensure proper charging and timely booking of expenses
- Determine actual cost comparison against previous month expenses and against budget
CAPITAL EXPENDITURES
- Support CAPEX analysis and reports in order to determine actual expenditures for comparison against budget, present details of actual expenses
BUDGET PLANNING
- Lead preparation of plant variable and fixed cost annual budget
- Input approved figures into the budgeting module of Manufacturing System of Business Central in order to ensure proper appropriation of budget for the plant
REPORTS
- Prepares, analyzes and transmits the intellectual content of operational inputs, technological, or other specialized information for plant operations reports and prepare monthly departmental report in order to provide Plant Operation and VP for Integrated Operations the information needed for monthly meeting
DATA INFORMATION
- Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Conduct and participate in projects or studies assigned in order to gather information and provide support to Plant Management initiatives
RECORDS MANAGEMENT
- Keep track of current and historical operational and cost records to ensure availability and accessibility when needed. Manage the proper filing of operational and costs documents to facilitate easy access

- Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and other corporate activities to achieve personal and career growth.
- Other related additional routines, tasks and functions to be assigned in the future
III. Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or any engineering related course.
- Good planning and analytical skills
- Experience in operations flow, inventory management, product costing
- At least 1 year experience in manufacturing processes
- Advance knowledge in computer spreadsheets and background in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
