Reports To: General Manager of Manufacturing
Role Summary
Lead the plant's HR and administrative operations to ensure effective workforce management, employee engagement, legal compliance, and operational support. Partner with plant leadership and Corporate HR to drive people strategies that support manufacturing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage site administration, facilities, security, and support services.
- Support workforce planning, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate manpower requirements and manage outsourced service providers.
- Serve as the primary HR partner for manufacturing leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 8 years of HR and Administration experience, with 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Calumpit, Bulacan on a five-day workweek.
