Job Description

Manage and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and safety.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Head should have:

A degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Proven track record in facilities management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Comprehensive knowledge of operational processes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
