Plant Finance Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plant Finance Manager to oversee the financial management and performance of a manufacturing site. The role will provide financial insights to support operational decision-making, cost optimization, budgeting, and overall plant profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plant finance and accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis for the manufacturing site.
• Partner with Plant and Operations leaders to drive cost efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, variances, and key financial KPIs, providing actionable insights to management.
• Strengthen financial controls and support continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Finance, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or other fast-paced consumer-driven industries.
• Strong experience in plant finance, manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
