Job Description

Strategic Finance & Operational Leadership

  • Lead plant performance initiatives including cost‑out programs, working capital improvement, and effective Capex management.
  • Oversee the PP/forecast process and deliver high‑quality financial analysis to support informed business decisions.
  • Analyze forecasts, actuals, operational metrics, and business drivers to provide meaningful insights and forward‑looking recommendations.
  • Drive short‑term actions that deliver results while supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen competitive advantage and long‑term financial returns.
  • Provide proactive leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.

Compliance, Controls & Process Excellence

  • Ensure strong internal controls, adherence to corporate policies, legal requirements, and GAAP compliance.
  • Lead administrative and financial process improvements within the plant and region/division, enhancing transparency and streamlining workflows.
  • Safeguard corporate assets and provide financial guidance to maximize return on investment.

Business Partnership & Culture Building

  • Foster a finance culture anchored in business partnership, ownership, accountability, and customer‑centricity.
  • Promote collaboration and a high-performance mindset within the Finance organization.

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Build organizational capability by hiring, developing, and mentoring finance talent.
  • Champion continuous learning, strong ethical standards, and compliance awareness.
  • Strengthen teamwork, engagement, and the overall effectiveness of the Finance function.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
  • Minimum 12+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 5+ years in a plant controller or manufacturing finance leadership role.
  • Strong financial management experience within the manufacturing industry with a deep understanding of operational finance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel capabilities for analysis, reporting, and modeling.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Proven leadership with a strong focus on team development, coaching, and building organizational capability.
