Job Summary The Plant Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial and operational support to the San Pedro 1 Plant through accurate financial reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering. The role ensures timely month-end closing, effective manufacturing cost management, and delivery of financial insights that support operational efficiency, profitability, and business decision-making. The position works closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, and other support functions while ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements.

- Financial Reporting, Analysis, and Closing a. Prepare and analyze manufacturing costs, operating expenses, and plant financial performance reports. b. Perform variance analysis on material usage, labor, utilities, overhead, yield, and waste. c. Monitor plant KPIs and provide financial insights to management. d. Execute month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and reporting requirements. e. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and prepare management presentations as needed.
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cost Management a. Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. b. Coordinate with budget owners and monitor actual results versus budget. c. Analyze manufacturing costs and support standard costing activities. d. Perform costing analysis for NPDs, operational initiatives, and product profitability reviews. e. Validate savings initiatives and support cost reduction projects.
- Asset Management and Controls a. Monitor CAPEX, CIP projects, and asset capitalization activities. b. Support fixed asset inventory counts, reconciliation, transfers, retirement, and disposals. c. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements. d. Assist in the resolution of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions.
- Business Partnering and Compliance a. Serve as finance business partner to plant operations and support functions. b. Provide financial recommendations to improve plant performance and profitability. c. Support operational reviews, investment evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives. d. Coordinate compliance with accounting standards, company policies, BIR requirements, and local government regulations. e. Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhancement of finance reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Finance, or any related business course.
- CPA license is an advantage but not required.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis, or General Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in dashboard preparation and continuous improvement initiatives is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned at URC San Pedro 1, San Pedro, Laguna
