The ideal candidate should have at least three (3) years of experience in Plant Room Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Operations. He/she should be a college graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering with CPM License or College Level Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, well experienced in HVAC & electrical distribution, plumbing and sanitation and have knowledge in computer, instrumentation, tools and equipment.
