We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams in the plant. This role oversees engineering operations, projects, innovation, and site infrastructure while driving longterm capability and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach technical teams delivering Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure, and Services.
- Optimize asset performance and oversee maintenance strategies across the site.
- Drive innovation and implement manufacturing technology aligned with category standards.
- Manage capital and budgets and support regional innovation initiatives.
- Improve site utilities and infrastructure (energy, water, steam, waste, contractors).
- Partner with Operations to boost line efficiency and reduce waste.
- Build internal expertise in product, process, and packaging.
- Lead future site masterplan development and expansion projects.
What You Bring
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years experience leading Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge in WCM (or similar), machinery design, construction safety, and sustainable engineering.
- Working knowledge across manufacturing operations, packaging engineering, commissioning, maintenance principles, regulatory requirements, and line layout design.
