Salary: PHP 23,000 – PHP 25,000 per month

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical
Engineering.
Preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE), but qualified non-board passers may also apply.
At least three (3) years of experience in electrical manufacturing, switchgear, panelboard, or related industries.
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Can work independently and under minimal supervision.
Job Summary
The Plant Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing plant's production equipment, electrical systems, and facilities. The role focuses on maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot plant electrical equipment and production machinery.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Investigate equipment failures and recommend effective corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and production lines.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
Prepare maintenance reports
equipment records, and technical documentation.
Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and equipment reliability.
Supervise contractors and maintenance personnel when necessary.
Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by Management.
