PLANT ACCOUNTANT (Laguna)
Job Qualifications
Accounting degree graduate or its equivalent
Minimum of 5-year experience in a manufacturing setting including the
management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data
analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advise
Above average in People Handling Skills
Required Knowledge
Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and Philippine Accounting
Standards;
Cash management, procurement and Inventory Fundamentals;
Understanding of Philippine Tax Code, Local Business Tax Laws, and
relevant government regulations;
Economic principles;
Auditing practices and principles;
People Management; and
Strategic Planning
Required Ability And Skills
Exceptional ability to analyze and prepare reports and statements of financial
data;
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills;
Ability to plan, set priorities, organize, delegate and follow through to
completion on all areas of responsibility in a timely manner;
Communicates well to the Management, External Clients, Suppliers, etc.
using English language in oral and written form
Advance mathematical skills
Proficient in accounting computer applications
