Planning Supervisor

Responsible for leading the planning team in the development, scheduling, and execution of routine and outage maintenance activities. Ensures effective work management, resource readiness, and coordination across departments to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• Must have 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and turnaround shutdown planning within the power or heavy industry sector.
• Knowledgeable in power plant operations, safety procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Expert in interpreting engineering documents, technical documents, schematics, and operation, maintenance, & safety manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Oracle Primavera (Cloud preferred) for planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
• Experienced in using CMMS platform (SAP) for work order creation, monitoring, and tracking.

• Capable of assessing equipment condition and applying risk-based prioritization to maintenance tasks.
• Knowledgeable in Coal Handling equipments such as Ship Unloaders, Belt Converyors, Pulleys, Gearboxes, etc.
• Strong leadership, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning processes, KPI management, and resource optimization.
• Displays a strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
• Results-oriented, with a collaborative attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Must be willing to work at Masinloc, Zambales.
