Job Description

Responsible for planning production and material requirements to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and product availability. Supports short-, mid-, and long-term planning activities while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory and production performance.

As a Planning & Procurement Associate, you will be responsible for:

Prepare daily and mid-term production schedules and maintain accurate planning data and production reports.
Develop long-term capacity plans and perform capacity analysis to support business and procurement strategies.
Plan material requirements based on production demand, procurement policies, and inventory targets.
Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries within agreed lead times.
Support New Product Development (NPD) projects by planning material requirements and monitoring material phase-in and phase-out activities.
Identify and communicate potential material constraints that may impact product launch timelines or lead to excess inventory and write-offs.
Perform other planning-related tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in production planning, material planning, procurement, or a related field.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP APO is an advantage.
