Job Description
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Good knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production planning processes.
- Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in box-build assembly is an added advantage.
- Open to Malaysian candidates willing to relocate to and work in the Philippines.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage production schedules based on customer forecasts, sales orders, and production capacity.
- Perform material requirements planning (MRP) and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor production work orders and track progress to ensure timely completion and closure.
- Analyze changes in forecasts, customer demand, and production capacity to optimize planning and resource utilization.
- Monitor finished goods (FG) inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
- Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and inventory reports for management review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.
