Job Description
Responsible for developing, managing, and executing the APMS plans and Work Lists for all major process units, plant equipment, and facilities. The role ensures accurate scheduling, risk-based planning, and timely completion of activities to support safe and efficient plant operations.
Qualification
- Licensed Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, I&C
- Must have 2–3 years of experience in shutdown, turnaround, or maintenance planning within the power or heavy industry sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Oracle Primavera (Cloud preferred) for planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
- Experienced in using CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo for work order creation, monitoring, and tracking.
- Capable of assessing equipment condition and applying risk-based prioritization to maintenance tasks.
- Skilled in generating daily progress updates and post-maintenance reports with recommendations for APMS improvement.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and organizational ability in technical planning and documentation.
- Knowledgeable in power plant operations, safety procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
- Displays a strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
- Results-oriented, with a collaborative attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Must be willing to work at Masinloc, Zambales.
